Kris Ramprasad, M.D.

Dr. Ramprasad graduated from Madras Medical School in Madras, India. He completed his Internship in Birmingham, England. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the Veteran's Administration Hospital and at Wright State University, both in Dayton, Ohio. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Ramprasad currently serves as the chief of the section of gastroenterology at Mercy Hospital, Western Hills. He served the Franciscan Hospital - Western Hills Campus as Director of Gastroenterology, Director of Internal Medicine, and several other committees including Executive and Credentialing. He served Deaconess Hospital as Secretary and Treasurer of the Medical Staff and on many committees including Executive and Credentialing.

Dr. Ramprasad has been a Reviewer for the American Journal of Gastroenterology with regard to articles presented for publication. Dr. Ramprasad is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and in Gastroenterology.
